We invite you to submit an offer for delivery to Tele-Fonika Kable S.A. Bydgoszcz Plant  device with a metrological system for measuring using 3D scanning technology (especially for large dimensions with complex shapes >5m),  through the following electronic form.

1. DESCRIPTION OF THE SUBJECT OF THE ORDER:

3D Scanner:  

The offer should include following items as per following specifications: 

1. Device with a metrological system for measuring using 3D scanning technology (especially for large dimensions with complex shapes >5m); 

2. Computer – additional advantage; 

3. Ability to perform precise measurements to a minimum of 0.05 mm or better; 

4. Engineering software compatible with the device included; 

5. Ability to generate dimensions reports after entering set tolerances – additional  advantage; 

6. The possibility of wireless operation is an additional advantage; 

7. Ability to reverse engineering; 

8. Transport case for the device and accessories; 

9. Training and technical support; 

2. FINANCIAL SECURITIES:

The Ordering Party requires from the Tenderer, whose OFFER WILL BE SELECTED, to submit securities in the form bank guarantee only (the guarantee should be irrevocable and unconditional and should be payment on the first written demand and should be accordance with the attached templates to the procedure):

1. advance payment guarantee (In the event of advance payment, the Tenderer is obliged to submit bank or insurance advance payment guarantee for all and full advance payments that were already paid in the ratio of 1:1, valid until the delivery of the Subject Matter of the Order)

2. warranty for removing defects and faults in the form and with the content approved by the Contracting Entity – minimum value 5% of the net price.

If meeting above financial securities involves higher price this must be specified in the offer.

3. LEGAL/ HEALTHY AND SAFETY REQUIREMENTS:

Depending on the specifics of the offer:

1. The Tenderer is obliged to meet / ensure all legal requirements that are related to the offered equipment or service.

2. If meeting legal or health and safety requirements involves a higher bid amount, this must be specified in the offer.

Please note that the tender procedure may end with the failure to select the offer in the following cases:

- insufficient funds for the execution of the contract,

- changes in the Ordering Party's demand.

The Ordering Party has the right to reject the offer if it does not meet the minimum requirements specified by the Ordering Party in the request for proposal.
